FEM HCL is a capsule delivery system that stimulates the release of digestive juices. FEM HCL contains Betaine and Pepsin to jump-start acid content in the stomach. Betaine is a safe and excellent source of HCL. Your stomach produces the enzyme Pepsin to aid in digestion through the breakdown of protein. This Pepsin is processed for optimal preservation of enzyme activity and is lyophilized to preserve that activity in powdered form. FEM HCL improves absorption of calcium and B vitamins, kills harmful bacteria in the gut, stops heartburn and reflux.

Dosage: Take one to two capsules before meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Contraindications: Do not take if you have an active ulcer. Consult your physician before taking if you have a history of ulcers.
